Shipping destinations:

Shipping times:

  • Most orders take 5-8 business days to be delivered to you and will ship within 48 hours.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
  • If you need your item(s) sooner you can choose a faster shipping method for an additional cost at checkout. 
  • PIRKEY is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions or weather systems.

Shipping cost:

  • Orders that total $75 or more will receive free standard shipping.
  • Orders under $75 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method. 
  • Shipping prices might vary depending on size, weight and dimensions.
  • Any additional shipping cost are non-refundable.
  • Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

Shipping options:

  • USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days)
  • USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days)
  • We do not include overnight shipping.
  • Available shipping rates will display based on delivery proximity at checkout.
  • All orders placed on Friday after 12pm CST will be processed on Monday.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments from domestic customers via Credit Cards, & Debit Cards.
  • Gift cards expire after one year and they are final sale.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • We have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy since the day the item was purchased.
  • To place a return visit "Returns and Exchange" page and enter your order number plus email address to start. Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you would like to return.
  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery, reach out to us within 48 hours after the delivered date and we will get that taken care of for you.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged, tags intact and accompanied by proof of purchase for a full refund (minus shipping cost).
  • We only provide one return label per order and sale item(s) are non-refundable.
  • We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
  • Refund options is to the original payment or to store credit. Store credit has no expiration date.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed within 5-7 working days and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select the payment method you would like to use. We will ship your package within 48 hours depending on the shipping method you have chosen. Once you have received your shipping confirmation email you can click on the tracking link provided to see the status of your delivery. Please note that the tracking information is typically updated within 24-48 hours after your order has shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Each size chart is provided on the product page that serves as a general guideline to help you find your size at PIRKEY. Keep in mind, each size chart is created specifically for each product. Since we have a wide range of products and many of these products run different based on how they were made, make sure you refer to the product descriptions to help you. The product descriptions include measurements of a size (S) (S/M) (XS/S) (4) (26). There is instructions on how to measure yourself on each size chart as well. If you have any questions about a specific style measurement, you may contact us and we will be happy to help you find your perfect size. Please include your bust, waist, and hip measurements so we are able to help as efficiently as possible.

All sale items are marked as 'Final Sale' meaning they are marked down in price and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. If you receive a product that was marked 'Final Sale' and it was damaged, contact us right away and we can get that taken care of for you. We unfortunately do not offer price adjustments based on discounted items or site-wide promotions.
