Shipping and Delivery
Shipping destinations:
- We ship only in the US
Shipping times:
- Most orders take 5-8 business days to be delivered to you and will ship within 48 hours.
- Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
- If you need your item(s) sooner you can choose a faster shipping method for an additional cost at checkout.
- PIRKEY is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions or weather systems.
- Please note that PIRKEY also does not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
Shipping cost:
- Orders that total $75 or more will receive free standard shipping.
- Orders under $75 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method.
- Shipping prices might vary depending on size, weight and dimensions.
- Any additional shipping cost are non-refundable.
- Full price will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping options:
- USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days)
- We do not include overnight shipping.
- Available shipping rates will display based on delivery proximity at checkout.
- All orders placed on Friday after 12pm CST will be processed on Monday.
Order Status:
- Once your order has been placed, you will receive a conformation email. Then, once your order has been shipped you will receive an email including your tracking number where you can check the status of your order at anytime.
Shipping Changes:
- Unfortunately after your order has been shipped, we are unable to update the size, styles, or address.
- If you notice your shipping address is incorrect when you receive your conformation email, please contact hello@shoppirkey.com as soon as possible so we can update your information.
- For order changes, please provide first and last name, order number, and what changes you need made.
